MIPP
The MIPP enables us to record survivor and casualty details into the Home Office Large Major Enquiry System (HOLMES). Members of the public can also use this portal to provide information or read updates for a major incident.
The password for the MIPP forms will be provided by the casualty bureau and circulated to all attending officers.

Training account
The national training tool for MIPP is known as the Operation Sandpit 3 MIPP. The links to both training accounts are listed below.
Operational officers and PCSO’s are encouraged to familiarise themselves with these prior to a major incident. They can submit dummy information gained from any casualties and survivors.
