TRiM – Trauma Risk Management
TRiM is a peer led Trauma Risk Management Programme.
In the aftermath of a traumatic event, you could be faced with a number of differing reactions. The TRiM Programme has been implemented by Avon and Somerset Constabulary to provide support and assistance for colleagues who wish to access it.
Participation in TRiM is completely voluntary.

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
