ERP 48 Survivor Reception Centre and Friends and Family Reception Centre
In the aftermath of a major incident being declared, the Police may stand up a Survivor Reception Centre (SuRC) and / or a Friends and Family Reception Centre (FFRC). This plan provides operational governance on the activation and use of the SuRC and FFRC.
