ERP 48 Survivor Reception Centre and Friends and Family Reception Centre

In the aftermath of a major incident being declared, the Police may stand up a Survivor Reception Centre (SuRC) and / or a Friends and Family Reception Centre (FFRC).

This plan provides operational governance on the activation and use of the SuRC and FFRC. The Major Incident Public Portal (MIPP) should also be used where appropriate as part of this plan.
